1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TutorHive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TutorHive is a subscription-based tutoring management platform that provides scheduling, billing, student management, and parent portal tools for tutors and tutoring businesses.
3. Subscriptions & Free Trial
TutorHive offers a 30-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to begin your trial. After the trial period ends, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
- Solo — $10/month
- Pro — $14/month
- Center — $29/month
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once a billing period has been charged, no refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for that period — including for unused days, plan downgrades, or account cancellations mid-period.
We encourage you to make full use of the 30-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing. If you have billing concerns, contact us at billing@tutorhive.com.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings → Subscription, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TutorHive does not store your credit card details. By subscribing, you authorize TutorHive to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Termination
TutorHive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
TutorHive is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
